Originally founded in 1978 as KC Koncrete construction company, Advanced Development has expanded to become an industry reliable construction services firm.  From site acquisition and constructability analysis to resource viability and met towers design, permitting and installation, Advanced Development provides comprehensive development and construction services to the Green Energy Market. 

Considering only wind energy projects under development in Southern California, our current contracts for met towers installation services and grading jobs exceeds 1.2 GW of proposed utility scale wind farms.  Advanced Development  executives and staff bring over 50 years of experience in delivering renewable energy projects to the United States of America, mainland Europe, Great Britain, and Australia. 

Our primary focus is on identifying suitable land resources and performing all monitoring facilities design, permitting and construction services to accommodate wind assessment process for projects in North America.  With comprehensive research and testing, Advanced Development can validate the quality of wind resources and project the return on investment realized through their commercial operation.  With its extensive experience in permitting, Advanced Development can then manage or support the entitlement process, working with local and federal jurisdictions to minimize cost and project scheduling impacts.  Within the past 12 years, Advanced Development has participated in the completion of various Met Tower Installation and Post Construction Maintenance Service Agreements. This has been in cooperation with operating partners such as construction contractors, engineers and private developers, all of which have helped contribute over 900 MW of clean energy. 

Finally, Advanced Development offers decades of a wide range of construction experience in installation of wind turbine foundations and grading services. These services include site clearance, roads and crane pads construction, P&H tensionless or spread turbine foundation and tracking system installation. With over 18 met tower installations performed up to date in multiple states, and overall extensive experience in commercial and utility scale wind and solar development services, Advanced Development is a critical resource to any energy project.
